[Urgent] Please help me with reliable information

Hi doctor,

I am Henry. I am new to London. On 13th March 2010, I was out for saturday night and finally visited a prostitute in SOHO for  £30. Now I am really afraid if I had contracted HIV. I did lot of research online to check about HIV and finally I found NAT website and thought of contacting you.

The lady told me to take off my clothes which I did. She put a condom on my penis, rubbed it with a tissue paper and she started sucking which lasted for around 10 seconds. Then I inserted my penis (with condom) on her vagina and I ejaculated. I was inside her vagina for around 10 seconds. She told to remove my penis saying "It's done". Now, she gave me another tissue paper which I used to remove the condom and put in a dust bin. This is all I did.

Now I am really worried having sleepless nights thinking if she is HIV positive and somehow if she had transferred HIV to me. I am really regretting for all the sin that I did on that day.

My questions are -
1) How is the health conditions of sex workers in flats in Soho? Are they mostly HIV positive?
2) Is there any way if she transferred HIV to me intentionally through other means which I am not aware of though I used condom?
3) Has there been a case of HIV infections through protected sex in SOHO?

Please respond me and clear my doubts. I would be very thankful to you.

Thanks,
Henry
