What is my risk? Eczema, HSV1 genital & HIV
Hi, Was drunk and had a high risk exposure with a Chinese CSW while on business in China. We had penetrative sex 4 times, all protected and as far as i can remember the condoms did not break. In two occasion, she did give me oral with the same condom on before sex.
My questions:
1) Giving me oral with the condom on and having penetrative sex after that, will my condom have minor tear due to teeth gush as I remember feeling her running her teeth over?
2) I have Eczema and HSV 1 genital, will that increase my risk? I read that I have more chances of microscopic breaks on the skin and I remember her secretion was on areas not covered by the condom. I have check the day during shower that there we no clear sign of cuts which I normally see when I have a bad Eczema or a HSV breakout.
3) My lymp nodes started to swell on my groin (just a small lump of fluid less than 2 cm) and my right armpit (1cm swelling) after 3 days. It is two weeks now and they are no longer swelling but I have numbness on my groin and pins and needles over my back. I also been feeling uneasy for the last two weeks. Further I had a sore throat and a mild fever (37.5C) 2 days after. Are these ARS?
Should I be sure that my Eczema and HSV 1 does not increase my risk? If it does, by now much? Do I need testing or is my mind playing around with me? It kinda sad knowing that even with condom, my risk may be higher with my eczema and HSV problem.
Please help.

Thanks. I am in my third week with no more lymp nodes swelling but with pins and needle and disconfort on my back. Think is mental stress. I hope so very much. Still have 1 weeks to go before your 2-4 weeks timeline. Thanks.

furthermore...symptoms of infection (if one gets any)...start at 2-4 weeks after infection and lasts for 1-2 weeks.

Thanks. Guess all the symtoms are mental and as long as condom used correctly will be OK right? HIV will die even on secretion once exposed to the air.
Can I know my risk? Should I get tested? I am new to HIV Prevention Community. Was in the forum on HSV a years ago.

are u talking to me or him? And does HSV1 cause micro tears on the penis that makes it easier to catch this?
and I still have a node on my neck that hasn't went all the way down. I've had it since last yr.

I have HSV 1 but I never knew u could get it on your penis. This must be how I was infected. Micro tears in my skin. Nobody told me about his. I thought I just had it in my mouth. I made a thread about my symptoms and was ignored. I too had vaginal fluid on parts that didn't cover my penis. I didn't even really know the girl. I more nervous now.
