HIV has me freaking out!

I'm concerned I have HIV. I believe I contracted it on the 27th Dec. on the 3rd of Jan, I had a point of care test (not understanding it might not pick up recent infections) and I got a negative.  Do I really have to wait 4 weeks (17th Jan) to get an accurate result or could I book any earlier? I'm visiting sites like this every 5 mins, looking at the soroconversion and constantly evaluating my symptoms. It's January and everyone around me has the flu or is coughing and I feel totally desperate. I have a neck ache on the right hand side for a day now but I can't feel any enlarged lymph nodes, my stomach felt queesy today and I've been exhausted, mainly because of worrying I've been told but I cant shake that I have HIV. Can anyone offer any advice...

I would wait 4 weeks because then 4th generation test is conclusive. You can get accurate result after 3 weeks but not conclusive.
