Worried after insertive oral/frottage

33 days before I (male) had visited a Massage parlour in Bangkok and had body massage done by a nude CSW  (female). I do not know her status. The lady performed oil body massage completely nude and slid her body against mine (may be there was some fluids on her vagina). No rubbing of private parts involved. She performed oral sex on me for 30 secs. No blood was seen and I do not have any cuts or sores in my penis. This is my first and only sexual activity outside my marriage. After 15/20 days I have been experiencing some pimples/acne (confirmed pimples/acne by dermatologist) in my back/chest. There is no rash or any fever of any kind. There is no symptom of any traditional STD for sure.
I tested anti-hiv negative and also non-reactive for syphilis at the 3 week mark at a good Bangkok hospital. This was a blood test. The doctor told me very low risk but I should get tested at the 3 month mark. The doctor was a specialised cardiologist (not HIV specialist).
1. Do I need further testing based on the above facts.
2. Does 3 week negative testing along with very low risk conclusively hiv negative.
I trust you doctor and will follow your advise. I am very worried and want to move on with my life.

Please help me.
