Worried sick

I had a encounter with sex worker 11 days ago, the moment she undressed I got up and put a condom on . She kissed me once my lips, and on neck, she did my nipple sucking for 4 to 5 mins then we got up from the bed and did perform oral sex while I had a condom on. I discharged in my condom, it did not break . I noticed when she was leaving bruising of my skin above my nipples . I did not see any blood but bruising, the skin Bruising went away after few days.
Now after few days I have mild temp, sore throat, no other symptoms but really scared now. I am not sleeping well less appetite and extreme anxiety about getting HIV. I been looking at the tests availability , my understating is HIV pcr can be done early to detect HIV, I don't know if I can wait for 3 months
I would highly appreciate your suggestions/recommendations

What would be the risk if  she sucked on my nipples and sores in her mouth and saliva had some blood which I did not see. And she punctured my skin.

You never had an exposure and you don't need testing.
