Had a possible exposure

Hello Dr
i am 21 yr old gay man
i always practice safe sex and get myself tested for STD's regularly and i also donate blood
however
yesterday i had protected anal sex with this guy
i was the receptive partner

the condom did not break
but after he removed his condom he began to masterbate and then he ejaculated
a drop of his semen fell on my anus(but i am not sure if it did)
i washed it immediately within a 70-80 seconds with soap

What is my risk???? also he appears to be a safe guy and he told me he does not have HIV

BUT STILL
WHAT IS MY RISK ASSUMING HE IS LYING?????
do i need PEP treatment?????????????????

Hiv transmission occurs inside the body not outside. It ia a very fragile virus that is not able to survive outside its living host. You never had a risk and don,t require any testing let alone pep treatment.

Correct, the condom would break and be totally noticable.Correct condom usage is very important and the use of lubrication. The condom did not fail in relation to your encounter, so your fine.

Thank you so much for taking time in answering my question :) :)
i feel very relieved now :)

however is there any chance that a condom may get small openings or holes which are not noticeable to the eye???

wont the condom just noticeably break in such a situation???
(also i use a lot of KY lubricant and high quality condoms)
is such a thing possible??
