Please help. is this hiv or sonething else?

I had an encounter twice exactly two weeks ago. He states he is free from hiv but I'm now thinking otherwise.
The encounter was oral sex (both receiving and giving) fingering and him rubbing his penis against my vagina without a condom but at one point had the head of his penis at the entrance of my vagina without any condom.
The day after this happened I got a weird tingling sensation on my right leg. But didn't think much of it.

I then got a weird watery discharge on day two after the encounter.

Let's now fast forward to Tuesday 21st January. I woke up with a sore type swelling on my top gum between my two front teeth which went back about 1cm and was swollen by 0.5cm, making it very impossible for me to sleep comfortably as I have an overbite.
Later during this day I developed a mild cold with a cough but did not and still do not have a sore throat.  My glands however during this time were painful for about two days but very mildly. My glands now however are still swollen but do not hurt at all.

On 22nd of January my sinuses began to feel stuffy making it difficult to breathe,  but then would go back to its normal state. I also have mind muscle pains in my legs and arms. It would do this until Saturday 25th January.

I took a duo hiv test on the 23rd along with other std tests at one of the sexual health clinics in London. The results will be ready this Wednesday.

During the 25th of January I started to get extremely bad pains in the abdomen which reminded me of h.pylori which I finished taking  antibiotics for a few weeks ago. I also started to get alot of pain in my left breast. I also started to receive pain in what I think are my genital nodes as well as the nodes under my armpits.

On the 26th of January I developed a flat rash that looked more like goosebumps on my back which was itchy in some parts but otherwise was almost non existent looking.

Today I have now been to the drs and its been confirmed that I have swollen lymph nodes of the neck.

Try not too worry I has swollen glands in my neck, groin and armpits and every other symptom going and I was negative. It's easy too over think the symptoms and start to believe the worst. If he just stuck the head in and didn't ejaculate I think you might be ok.

I know that had you used a condom you wouldn't be in this predicament.
