If you used a condom for anal/vaginal penetration, you had no risk HIV. Unprotected oral does not carry a risk for HIV.
I don't know what your skin condition is/was, but as I mentioned before, if you used a condom for penetration, there is no way the rashes could be related to HIV.
You have posted the wrong question in this forum. If you want to know the difference between 2 skin conditions, you must ask a dermatologist. If you have recently had a risky encounter, tell us so that we can help you assess your risk.
HIV is ONLY diagnosed on the basis of a test, NOT by symptoms. That is why we don't discuss them. HIV symptoms are similar to those of many other illnesses, which is why they can only be attributed to HIV AFTER a person is diagnosed as positive.
