will hashimoto's thyroiditis affect my hiv test results?

i would like to know if there are any pre-existing medical conditions that can affect the results of a HIV test. i got tested 8 weeks after my last encounter (unprotected), and would like to know if this is accurate enough, or should i go get another test done at 3 months?

Hi Teak, thank you for your reply. What are the chances that my results will change? I'm so scared to take the test again. My results were negative after 8 weeks, and would like to know the chances of the results changing.
