No, it's not a risk at all. Exposure to a partner's genital secretions OUTSIDE of the body (as in mutual masturbation, etc) poses no risk because the secretions are exposed to the environment, which renders the virus inactive and unable to infect.
The only risk, in a sexual encounter, would be unprotected vaginal or anal sex.
You have no worries, don't give it another thought.
