I really appreciate your well-done work on this site to help people in need.
2 weeks ago, in an Asian developing country, I met a CSW in a hotel. We only had vaginal sex for about 10 mins without ejaculation. However, when the CSW opened the condom package she told me it was of poor quality, but we still used it consistently in the intercourse. When finished, I did not check if it broke and she took it off me. Here comes my worries:
sure things: latex, did not slip, no obvious burst
worrying things: poor quality, forgot to check it
does that put me at HIV risk?

to get peace of mind, I will get a test tomorrow at 66 days. is it accurate and will maintain -ve?
we're not going to keep going back and forth with you about this. you have been assessed as not having a risk...now what you do with that information is totally up to you at this point.

I agree that a normal CSW wants to protect herself from me. But the condom is brought by me, and it's she that told me it's fake and of poor quality(at the beginning I even didnot trust what she said and suspected she want me to pay extra money for her to use her own condom, but later on I found the "Durex" I bought is indeed fake one, which is common in my country).... Although during the sex she did not tell me the condom broke, but I don't trust its quality and think it's likely that there are small leaks on the condom before usage(if it's a legal brand I'll not think of this point).

if you condom had failed...BELIEVE YOU ME, the csw would have told you about it. why? they have sex for a living...they use condoms to protect THEMSELVES from YOU...not the other way around.

My girlfriend left me several days ago. And my family begin to suspect I did something regretful. My world is just like a doom.
I think I'm not completely no risk because there's indeed some uncertainty about the condom, because it's very cheap and I did not check it by any means, along with my annoying symptoms... Maybe you are living in developed countries, so cannot understand how poor the quaility of some of our cheap goods, even condoms...
I extremely need some help, and wonder have u experienced kind people heard of someone with negative 4 week DUO turn +ve afterwards?

I'm suffering great anxiety. I can't have my mind peaceful when sitting around the table to have meals with my extended family. I completely have no appetite. they ask me why you eat so little? I don't know how to answer. I'm the only child in the family, all my relatives show great concern to me but I can't tell them the truth.

I read ARS comes 2 weeks post exposure, and it's flu-like. it's the 20th day now, and I've suffered a red sore throat and headache for 2-3 days, for unknown reason, cause I only stay at home these days and eat bland mild food only. I can't but link the symptoms to ARS..z

Get yourself some professional help. Your anxiety is spinning out of control, causing you to ask yourself all kinds of irrational "what if" thinking.

I remember that day in the hotel room when I had the intercourse, the room was very dark without light, only with TV turned on.
And I just glanced at the condom in the end for no more than 2 seconds and it was so difficult to see clearly.
Was it possible that it broke but I neglected??

You do not have an HIV concern. You might want to consider getting some professional help to deal with your irrational concerns.

some China underground plants are very good at producing fake condoms, pretending to be the famous brand--durex, jissbon, etc. and it's hard to distinguish them from the package because they are almost the same. However, the fake condom is much cheaper and of poorer quality.
Many people in the developing countries are using such condoms. They are latex but I'm not sure how effective they are in preventing hiv transmission. And that is where my concern comes from.
