fingering then popping a hair follicle

hello dear all

I hope u r all doing fine.  I am 22 year old male and i had my first encounter yesterday with a CSW.

I fingered her, then washed my hands with soap and put on a condom.  She then gave me a little blowjob on the condom itself.  Her mouth was in contact with the latex condom only.  I felt uneasy and told her to stop.  I fingered her once again with some Durex lube, then went to wash my hands and genitals ( im not sure of using soap this time though)...but i washed thoroughly, dried myself.  While drying my pubic area spotted a little hair follicle or razor bump on my pubic area while drying and popped it with my thumbs. (iv the bad habit of popping them).. Some pus and blood came out and the hair came up.

My question is if whether i have any risk of HIV or any other STDs such as herpes or hepatitis from popping it after washing my hands?

Please help me.. i am really anxious and stressed..iv my exams final year Masters in few weeks...please help;(
