unprotected sex
hi all.
i had sex with a girl and the condom broke and when the condon broke i pulled out,two weeks from that i got a rash on my penis and around my genitals area.then a few days from that i got these litle brown dots all over my body.incident happend on 4july09.got tested with eliza on the 12july witch come back NEG.13aug09 again NEG pcr test.and again pcr NEG.25aug09.could the spots be a sign of hiv.i am so stressed and not eating at all.lost about 5 kilos.AM VERY SCARED PLEASE HELP.

PCR tests are very sensitive, false negative results are very rare. Your tests are encouraging. However, you should do standard antibody test at 3 months for conclusive result.

PCR RNA tests are not standalone tests in the diagnosis of HIV. You need to take an antibody test. A test at three months will be conclusive.
