help me....

i am from malaysia... i have sex worker in april 2009... with condom... i have make a blood test(elisa) 4 month after that in august 2009... it came negative...
but here they say 6th month is the window period... i just want to know is my blood test accurate? i am scared to death right now...

I can't say why you were told that. But the 3 month window period is set by the CDC, FDA and the manufacture of the tests and have been this way for several years.

i am confused with the generation of elisa... and i can't even sleep... when i take the blood test... i can't even eat... but the 6month window period scared me alot...

3 months is conclusive. You are negative and do not need to retest.
