herpes, oral and hiv

sorry if you've already seen this post, i am new to this site and not sure if i posted correctly first time. I have herpes and went for a massage and stupidly receive unprotected oral sex. I didnt think anything of it until i got a small rash on my chest. I had a duo test between 5 and 8 weeks post exposure, it was probably 6 to 7 weeks but im confused with the dates, the test came back negative. since then i developed a small cold sore in the corner of my mouth and a white spot on my tongue and what looks like a small ulcer under my tongue. Since then ive panicked somewhat and am constantly feeling anxious. do u feel i need a re test? Thanks in advance

Thanks again, there's so many contradicting reports online, some say the risk is low, but its increased if the person has the herpes virus
