Dry mouth issues

I had a question about dry mouth is it a symptom of HIV and if so what stage of infection would you see it? Most major academic sites don't list it as a symptom however when you go on sites having to do with oral care and look at xerostomia(dry mouth) HIV is a cause. Mouth not too dry during the day but it wakes me up during the night? It started about two weeks ago and had continued. Leading up to that time I have not been on any medicine but have been under extreme emotional distress due to HIV scare can anyone comment on this?

Teak to be experiencing these symptoms I must have penetrated then right? Im 99.9 percent sure I didn't but the only way a healthy person could be experiencing these symptoms would be if they penetrated please understand my situation do you think i need to be tested based on these symptoms? And forget about exposure and all say i did have an exposure hypothetically when during the natural progression of the disease would one typically see dry mouth?
My penis could have been chilling in and around that area for a few minutes though as far as I recall I did not spread her cheeks and enter her should I get tested based on symptoms and exposure?

Ok but just please comment on what you've seen regarding dry mouth have you heard or seen that this sort of issue that is especially bad and wakes me up in the morning is caused by extreme anxiety stress from a situation like this?

So you wouldn't classify what described to you as penetrative? Last question how long is the disease generally in the asymptomatuc phase for? That's all I need to know

What would have to happen for there to be one? I just want to cover my bases are you saying just the head of my penis in between her cheeks is ok as long i didn't force any penetration?

And can extreme emotional distress about HIV cause dry mouth like this? Please divert from your playbook for me man and answer me these questions I can't handle this anyone
