exposure from hangnail

Hello
On Jan 11 of this year I was with a sex worker. We did not have intercourse. She gave me a massage and I also massaged her vagina. I got some of her fluid on my fingers and I realized that I had a fresh hangnail on one of my fingers. I went to doctor and he told me not to worry. 2 and half weeks later I suddenly came down with a cold which lasted for 5 days. Then I noticed small pimples on my skin. After that came extreme itching which lasted for a week or so. Time by time I get little bumps which are very itchy but disappear within couple of hours. Since 4 days ago my lymph glands (in groin and armpits) are swollen and painful, it happened after a weekend of sudden pain in shoulders. Of course I am very stressed and will be very grateful if you kindly give your opinion.

From these information I am sure I got HIV, what is your opinion?
Thank you kindly

Dear Teak,

Thank you for taking the time to reply. My mind is devided. I realiz that the chance is very limited but on the other hand the symptoms of primary infection has driven me to madness. I just find it hard to ignore them and I can't find any other explanation for them either. Once again it was very kind of you to reply, thank you.
