hiv symptom question????

OK  ive been having anxiety about hiv for a little while now ever since ive been thinkin about it ive been havin little minor headaches that lasts a couple of seconds now please dont think im stupid or nothing my last possible exposure to hiv or any std for that matter was close to 2 years ago my tongue is white with little red dots but ive been having that for years but i read its a possible sign for hiv ive never expericed any penis discharge or swollen glands my question is can you feel symptoms after 2 years?????
