hiv test in india

i am from india. from kharagpur, westbengal i did my hiv test . they written it as hiv 1 & 2 antiboady test. the result came as non reactive. the last exposure is > 6 months. my concern is that is the antiboady test is reliable in india or not? do i need a retest to confirm my result. pleaseeee answer.

Your thinking is absurd.They have to follow strict guidelines and test every sample.Your 100% Hiv negative.Except it and move along please.

but is it possible that the lab technician do not perform the hiv test, just to save money. and give me a negative result.

Believe your test results. The report is conclusive and tells you that you do not have HIV. In India, test results are as reliable as anywhere in the world. You do not need to confirm the report you havem, because it is already final and conclusive.
