is it elisa test method same in all around the world

hello dr. HHH.i posted my question few hours ago but could not get answer so gonna repeat again. I live in saudi.a massage girl bite me on my arm  but there was not bleed it was small red mark of her teeth on my arm after two days it went away. Then i went to check my blood after three weeks (don't know what method it was ) it came non reactive. after 7 weeks i got a bad cough and i took cough syrup then cough went away after a week. Then i check in google early symptoms of hiv i saw there lost appetie also one of the sign then suddenly i lost my appetie (so far i never got fever my body tem is 36.6) so i got too worry. Then i went again poly clinick to check my blood after 75 days in saudi it was elisa method came negative and checked again at same clinick after 90 of incident same method came negative then the doc said me don't come again if you want to check again come after complate 6 months. But i could not stop worry so i went another hospita after 3 months 15 days of incident. It came non reactive elisa method.  I have been reading your comments and as your comments 3 months test is 100%reliable but is it for all around the world or for only those country like europe usa canada? Actually i'm scared that in saudi they used  new generation elisa or not(i didnt aske them)please comment me your thought in about elisa test in saudi. Is it same elisa method uses in all around the world ?  can i reliable in my previous test or i should go for another test after complate 6 months. And why that doc said me come after 6 months ? And also i saw in google some web says takes 6 months to detectable why they said that what is reason ?  It would be great if you answer of my question please sir i'm very tens now. 2) you didnt have the risk for HIV.
3) Your negative HIV test is conclusive.
4) No need of further test.

also i have been feeling my both feet are bit burning below the knee and some sweat on around the neck and back it's been for two and half months.
