is test reliable by myself?

i had a risky sexual before 6 months.(protect sexual,unprotect oral sexual) i am very scared.but i am afraid to go to CDC for test. so last month,i tested by myself. The result of test  is negative.
Is it reliable? i think i tested  per   instructions
AM i safe now?

and i heared  somebody say condom  only can prevent  82%  bacteria  which likes HIV.

IS it true?

condoms are made of other material, it is best if you use condoms that are Latex, Polyurethane or Polyisoprene Condoms.

if YOUR condom was Latex, Polyurethane or Polyisoprene  you are safe.they prevent HIV completely.
