Pls let me know aboutthis ---please someone answer

Hi there folks...first of all i will let all of you to know that this forum has been helpful in more ways that i could ever imagined..so with that I will like to say thanks to all...Now my situation is about an event that happen to me that makes me wonder and worried...what happen is that i was talking to someone when suddendly i noticed blood in his mouth...this person, that i dont know his HIV status, has gum problems and they sometimes tend to bleed... Now what makes me worried is that I have felt drips of his saliva (he tend to spit when he talks) on my face and on my lips and I tend to have chapped lips and they are sometimes red due to skin that i peeled off... Now my question is what are the odds of contacting HIV if if drips of his saliva (which may contain blood) came into contact with my chapped lips and I lick them afterwads without noticing his bleeding, is this scenario worth of stressing about it... When i say drips of saliva om talking about little dropplets that comes out of people mouth when they're talking and Im not talking about direct spitting which is more  of a chunk (quantity wise)...just little dops of saliva...please let me know since im freaking out which is really putting my attituted down...sick worried
