HIV Risk

Hi,

I would like to know the risk % of me contracting HIV,last week i had visited a message parlour.

As i had visited the place for the first time and because of my anxiety i started cuddling the female and removed all her clothes.

I had no vaginal or anal intercourse, but while hugging the naked women my penis touched her vagina, it was not a direct skin to skin contact because i was wearing my undergarments.

After 2 days from the incident i had a headache, does the headhache is the sympton of me contacting HIV Virus.

Please help as i am getting nervous and depress.

See a doctor if you are concerned, your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.

Thanks for the reply,
But currently i am experiencing night sweat for the last 1week after the above mention incidence.
So i am worried about suddenly why i am getting night sweat.
As in the website it is mention that the above sympton is one of the sympton of people who are infected by the hiv virus.
Please require ur help to ease my depression status.
