Im panaked please reply asap

what percentage of people who have hiv show signs of a rash or swollen glands within what time period after infection? About eight months ago I had unprotect sex with a very active sexual person thinking about it some signs of possible hiv. I did not develop a rash or swollen glands over the past eight months so I'm hopeful I don't have hiv, however I did have flu like symptoms a couple weeks after we initially had sex, and she had swollen glands when I met her that she said was due to fan blowing on her all night, which indeed she did. I'm just have a panic attack about it as I'm OCD and struggling through the wait time for my hiv test. I simple percentage such as example 90% of people that get hiv get a rash within 2-3 weeks? or is it 70% vary?? please help

Some people show lots of symptoms, some people show none. Only way to know is to get tested. Good luck.

Thanks so much for the reply vance. I'm waiting on hiv test results. I'm panicked because I got a flu like sickness a couple weeks after we had sex and she didn't even get sick and I kissed her a lot during that time. This feels like a bad odd thing, possible hiv clue. However I never developed a rash or anything else, maybe respiratory possibly but didn't develop a rash and swollen glands so I'm thinking this leans much more that I'm not infected

You only get symptoms at 2-4 weeks after infection.
Test to know your status

Thank you so much for replying Sunny. are you saying a rash or swollen glands would show in the first month? And now that I'm 8months since I first had sex with her I'm 8months past when I would have had these symptoms? I think I read that 90% of people with hiv develop a rash. but I don't know what percentage of this 90% is within with time period from initial potential infection
