need help and advice

Good day!
my last possible exposure was march 1 2015. I barely know the girl.we had protected oral sex and a confusing vaginal sex. Confusing because at first we used a condom at right before i came i didnt realize the condom fell off. Now after a few days i got flu like symptoms and so i went to a clinic got a serum test and got diagnosed of multiple bacterial urethritis. I got cleared of it after a shot of antibitiotic and some oral meds for two weeks. After returning for a follow up check up to the clinic i opt for a full std/blood test which was rapid test in fear of hiv. This was 25 days after exposure and everything was non reactive. After this
I still get the anxiety so after 10 weeks after exposure which was may 7 2015
I got again another hiv rapid test which returns non reactive again.

My question are:
1. How accurate is that result?
2. Can i say that i am negative of hiv even though i got tested before 12 weeks of exposure?
3. Should I opt for a post 12 weeks rapid test?

Please answer me. Im really really stressed right now. Thank you.

A 10 week test will not change at the 12 week mark

Is there a possibility the result will change after 12 weeks? Thank you for your help.

Good day!

Thank you Vance for your answers.

So does that mean my 10 weeks rapid test is already conclusive? Thank you very much.
