It has been 3 weeks since I had unprotected vaginal sex with a 27 year old female. Around 8 days after this incident my left tonsil became a little sore, especially when I swallowed. Also, it felt that the gland on the left side if my jaw may also have been a bit tender. I did check them often as I was worried. This only lasted 2-3 days. Nothing has emerged since. I am feeing a little worried. I live in Australia and this girl relocated to Australia from a European country about a year ago.
I know I need to test but should I be real worried? These symptoms suggest I should be!

I forgot to add that symptoms are terrible indicators of HIV, but since you might have risk, you'll need to get tested.
