Confusion after condom failure

Hi Doc,I had an exposure condom tore during vaginal sex,I did a quit number of tests,HIV 1/2combo AG/AB at 24,30 days post exposure all came out negative,I went again for antibodys test at 45 days which also was negative, I went to do unigold kit test which detect antibodies only and it came out positive twice at 60 days post exposure,I was scared I went for hiv1/2 AB/AB combo kit at 65 days post exposure and it came back negative for both AG/AB.Still I called the girl that she should go get her self tested which she did and her result came out negative too bear antibodies test,my question is that how conclusive all my 4th gen tests are? Should I worry about the positive unigold twice? And it's is now 11 weeks can I retest with Hiv1/2 AB/AG ? Will it be conclusive? Thanks Doc

Your result will not change.  Take a test at 3 months to comply with federal standards.

An antibody test now will be conclusive. It appears that you received a false positive which can happen espically when you test as much as you did. The DUO test would be considered conclusive.
