pain in armpits and testicles and groin,neck

hi doc

i had protected sex with a girl,but before we had sex there was some rubbing on the vagina with my penis before i put the condom on.i penetrated her wit a condom.after a few weeks i started to have pain in my neck at the back of my ears in my lymph node then few days my right testicles was sore and my right armpit.no other symptoms.i also noticed my foreskin is dry and it has a white ring,gud this be an std.i went to the doctor but he said there is no swelling and that the pain is due from muscle spasms.

i am worried sick.please help.

You never had an exposure, you had safe sex.  NOTHING you did put you at risk for HIV.

did you had a hiv test? also how long has it been since your exposure?
