can you stop answering like that? people here are not as knowledgeable as you are we need to be educated.
You were advised that we were done with this discussion and the website that you posted is not a reliable or scientific website.
just finished reading the doctors' comments in the expert forum. Why do they keep saying it's a low risk and not a no risk? sorry I'm quite confused...don't they moderate the expert contributors here to tell "low risk" rather than "no risk"?

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
Oh teak, you are very impressive. I wish I could be like you and I hope not be swayed by anxiety. Thanks and happy holidays!
What about this guy then?

Take it to the anxiety forum.
We are looking for your views as we respect them
Dr Hook:
"HIV is not spread by touching, masturbation, oral sex or condom protected sex."
That guy is living proof that he is wrong. I am hoping in a week that I will not be further proof.
I don't know where Dr. Hook got that from, but check out this post on thebody.com. It can happen and has.

sorry, didnt know it was already in the thread.....my bad.
Do you know that person? Have you been with him and you know his sexual history? End of discussion.
what "dr bob" on thebody states is of NO concern to THIS forum.
let's clear this. Is there a difference in risk between receptive or insertive oral?
why don't you bring that up to the expert forum and ask?
but you have to admit this is very intriguing. The doctor did not even questioned him.
For whom is it intriguing for? It's really getting very old.
"And oral sex is basically safe sex -- completely safe with respect to HIV and although not zero risk for other STDs, the chance of infection is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Please educate yourself about the real risks. If you stick with oral sex and condom-protected vaginal or anal sex, you have no HIV worries and very little worry about other STDs. " DR HANSFIELD
"I am sure you can find lots of people who belive that HIV is transmitted by oral sex, but you will not find scientific data to support this unrealistic concern..." DR HOOK
you have been assessed as not having a risk...kindly move on...our answers will not change.
intriguing for all of us. Because people here keep saying that it's no risk but here we have an alleged case.
please don't get me wrong. I'm not questioning your statements. I'm just seeing two sides of the argument. Thank you for response :)
NO ONE HAS EVER CONTRACTED HIV FROM ORAL SEX. PERIOD ! ! ! ! !
this post is over ! ! !
