post pep hiv testing confusion

Respected all
I had an unfortunate incidence with CSW in India where the condom broke .I was immediately put on PEP in 3 hours .post PEP I have tested NEGATIVE on 8th,10th and 12th (hiv duo p24 and hiv 1/2) test .there are lot of confusions .cdc guidelines have changed for occupational exposure that post PEP 3 months hiv test through 4th gen test is conclusive .I wish to know that still cdc publish 1,3 and 6 months post exposure in case of PEP.however they on there website say that we are updating recommendations for post PEP non occupational hiv exposures.now where this 13 week post PEP hiv test conclusive theory has come up .already I have tested post PEP 12 week hiv test NEGATIVE .
Also I am taking 3-4 mg xanax ( alprozolam) per day .Will it affect my hiv test antibody results.people say that class 4 drugs can delay hiv antibody tests but I assume people who are currently taking them.I used to take anabolic steroids 2 years back and quit them for good. 24 months must be a good time to get them out of the system. Am I right ??  My question is specifically for TEAK and others as in one post he said one would make history if post PEP 13 weeks a person's hiv results change .what are the facts for that TEAK SIR.another question is cdc going to change its post PEP non occupational exposure testing recommendations.most say its too conservative.have u personally seen anyone's test results post pep change from 13 weeks post PEP in history of few or more years ?

Regards

My 93 days post pep test I.E 12 weeks/3 months / 13 weeks test came back negative. Also I did hcv and hbv tests which came back negative as well. This hcv hiv coimfection theory is right or myth??  And also my last question if someone is on a cycle of anabolic steroids during the window period ordeal will it delay seroconversion and what about hiv - hcv seroconversion. Regards James

Ok. One question is that class 4 drugs are indeed one thing which can delay hiv antibodies. But I assume like a person who is taking them few months back before possible hiv exposure and supposedly taking them through out the hiv window period i. E taking them CURRENTLY. I was on anabolic steroids but approx 2 years back. So would this affect my hiv results. I guess 2 years is good enough time to get it out of the body????

You've tested outside the window period for PEP and testing. You don't have HIV.
