risk of full body rub

hi guys , is l body rub massage consider a high risk activity?i heard it is safe but what about if a cut and broken skins presented from both sides?i am so confuse and afraid now .
I received a body rub massage from a lady .she was wearing skirt but top of her body was naked . it was dark inside the room and i could not see if she got any cut or bleeding from her breast and top body . She rub me over with her breast and stomach. Later i discover a small damage skin on my abdomen. not a deep cut seems more like scratching .i have heard that HIV could transfer through wound and unhealthy skin  .now my skin is not intact anymore  and became unhealthy skin.what is my risk if she has a  bleeding skin and directly contacted me with rubbing ? i did not tell my parents and i am so upset for what i have done. i can't concentrate for my work as well.
please advice me and million thanks .
