scared I my be HIV postive

I had unprotected sex with a friend six years ago two days half the encounter I got a dry cough and very red eyes then I week after I had a yeast infection that lasted two weeks a few weeks after I started having a burning sensation in my mouth that haven't gone away I've had I full blood count done my results was normal except my Lymphocytes count was 45.7 HIGH I don't know what to do please help

HIV doesn't cause that. CBC doesn't check for HIV virus or antibodies

I had a full blood count done January 15th 2014

That being said you should have an HIV test every year at least if you are sexually active and non-monogamous.

When was your last HIV test?  What your feeling isn't HIV. If it was your lymphocytes would be low. From the National Institutes of Health:

An increased percentage of lymphocytes may be due to:

Chronic bacterial infection
Infectious hepatitis
Infectious mononucleosis
Lymphocytic leukemia
Multiple myeloma
Viral infection (such as mumps or measles)
A decreased percentage of lymphocytes may be due to:

Chemotherapy
HIV infection
Leukemia
Radiation therapy or exposure
Sepsis
Steroid use
