severe muscle aches

I was with an african american woman 28 years old in new york city 3 weeks back , I drank way too much, I remember figering her and french kissing but I am afraid we had sex and I dont recall. 2-3 weeks after I developed muscle aches in upper arms that came and went , severe pain in front of thighs that lasted for two days and pain in back of neck that lasted 3-4 days. My gland felt full but cant see any lumps. Could this be ars.

OK but can ARS manifest itself as just muscle aches. I am not prone to aches and pains and at week 2.5 I developed this really bad pain in the back of my neck that come and goes but still persists. The pain in the front of my thighs was very odd and lasted two days .

If you were so intoxicated that you don't remember then you were to intoxicated to get an erection.

No this does not look like ARS. If you did not have any unprotected penetration, your risk does not exist. However since you, yourself are not sure, get tested after 3 months time to get a conclusive test result and move on with your life.

Next time keep alcohol and woman separate, they do not mix well
