to Teak and some other knowledgable people

Hi teak,

My case is indeed very similar to many others and especialyl the notorious "possible??" whom you might be remembering.
I met an asian girl (high risk). Didn't deep kiss or anything, just a lip-lip touch with drink transfer (beer, 5%) which
I spit at that instant only and when I looked at the spit there wasn't any visible blood. No hard spitting either, the drink probably just came out because of disgust. It still haunts me probably because of my guilt or there is actually some risk I don't know. There wasn't any other contact besides this.
It's been 11 days since then and I haven't had any symptoms as such except from day 3 to day 6 I had a bit of fever.
Do I have anything to worry about?  I have seen at quite a few places that you, dr HHH have mentioned that kissing even with blood is no risk, virus can not survive in this drink and without blood the risk is zero but I still needed some reassuarance from experts like you.
Could you please tell me if my logic is correct and I indeed have no risk based on this exposure and I should move on?

Thanks a lot. There's so much of information available on net that you tend to worry about all sorts of things. I read somewhere that swallowing is better than spitting because stomach kills it. You and Dr HHH say that alcohol would destroy virus and then one random site says that it's a myth. It's all way too confusing. But after going through a lot of forums here I think that you people know a lot more than most of the people around. Just to reconfirm, are you saying that even if the female were to be positive and some minute blood were to be present in the drink there still is no risk because of it being diluted with beer and saliva etc? (the drink transfer was mouth to mouth)

No risk from kissing or eating and drinking after anyone, nor swapping spit.

No person ever caught HIV this way so i think it is completely illogical to think you will, you are fine 100% nothing to worry about.......be well

Thanks snippets69.
The only reason why I am worried (being paranoid, pessimist or whatever) is if there was a minute amount of invisible blood which somehow stayed in my mouth after spitting and blah blah blah..when I sit and think logically this seems extremely improbable but then in stead of reading stuff and thinking about various scenarios that sound similar to mine I thought it best to give my scenario and seek for opinion from a lot of aware people out here.
