vaginal and oral hiv risk and rash

about 2 years ago I had unprotected sex with 5 different women in a 3 month period. all were just normal girls no CSW that I am aware of.

I am circumsized white male in america. no std history.

1. white girl , 21 years old , vaginal sex one time. asked if she had hiv and she said no.
2. black girl , 38 , vaginal sex one time , also said she is negative.
3. mulatto girl,44 , oral sex 1 time . she perform on me.
4. black girl ,35 , vaginal sex 1 time. said no to any disease.
5. black girl 42 , vaginal sex 6 times total but  on 3 separate occasions. I time oral she perform on me.

I have a rash on my legs now , and I was scared this could be a symptom  , even 2 years later.  can this be ars  symptom . what are my chaces

I took the home bio test
urine hiv test today
it came back negative
my last unprotected sex was a year ago
is this sufficient for me to be hiv negative ??
is  this test believeable ?
