hello ..i have some important  question about hiv...i have been at risk exposure with girl 6 weeks ago..2 weeks later after exposure i got hemolysis and my wbc was 3.4 only with rbc 7.50 and i tested negative after 3 and 6 weeks of exposure used combo test..first if i have this low number of wbc can Hinders the production of antibodies within 6 weeks?does autoimmune disorders affect the result of hiv test ?and what's d relation between hiv and hemolysis ?how relible doing combo test in 6weeks specially in my case?...thanks and best regards

What do you mean by that statement?No one can live in fear for 3 months,there are people that live in fear 24/7 for years because they read the wrong information and it becomes a vicious cycle of despair.3 months will go by quickly if you receive the correct support.

You have to follow guidelines because they are there for a reason and until they are changed by the appropriate persons then they officially remain in place.

i never experienced autoimmue disease but doctor think that i had autoimmue disorder which caused this hemolysis but can hiv cause hemolysis 4 weeks after infection?

Any negative test is a good test, but 3 month test is required.
Do you have an autoimmune disease?
