Hidden Treasure

Sneaking pureed vegetables into a dish instead of other ingredients will increase their nutritional value .And the family may not taste the difference ,especially the kids .Macaroni and cheese , Chicken and Rice... stews...spagetti  laced with healthy veg .

Hi Margy,
I sneak grated veggies into everything.The kids never know. The slow cooker is great because they don't know what is in there.
