what food will help me lose wait

Stay away from processed foods. I limit my sugars....my treat is a small chocolate square (lindt or ghirardelli) 86%cacao daily. No wheat products.
My food is all homemade.  I eat spaghetti squash, butternut squash, spinach spaghetti, lentil burgers, baked haddock or salmon, organic gluten free crackers, red lentil hummus, broccoli, spinach, eggs, gluten free bread, homemade chicken soup, almond butter, puffin cinnamon cereal, oatmeal, blueberries, small apples, grapefruit, chicken, sweet potatoes (sliced and baked in olive oil with spices)  and almond milk...
Oh yes Organic Spaghetti Sauce or Rinaldi Sauce....yes not all homemade ...

More vegetables, less calories from starchy foods and fatty foods with low nutrition.
