Chest pain in morning when lying flat

Hello. I am a 25 year old male and have had varying types of chest pain daily for the last couple years. I have every type of test you can imagine, plus more. My EKGs was ok, but I am declared physically disabled because of abnormalities with a VO2 exercise test (caused by a condition called CFS).

I do have a history of SVTs and I am tachycardic (pulse around 100 or greater) the majority of the time.

Everything started after a sudden onset of Lyme disease and Bartonella (from a tick) a couple years ago. I also had antibodies towards another serious tick disease called Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever (though it looked to be previous exposure). I guess this somehow triggered an onset of CFS as well (evaluation by a very well known CFS doctor with 25 years experience). I still have to take 100 mg BID of doxycycline (antibiotic) or my condition deteriorates.

Anyway, I also have liver issues and recently had a ultrasound done that indicates possible chronic liver disease (not Hepatitis). Most of my labwork has improved a lot, and don't get me wrong I am doing better despite the strange stuff.

Anyway, in the morning, I get chest pain in the center of my chest while lying down in bed. When I prop myself up, the chest pain disappears. If I lie back down, it comes up. This happens every day.

I haven't been to a cardiologist about this because they scoff at me because of my age and because I look ok. I am not interested in being abused by yet another cardiologist, I just want to know what can cause this pain. I was ignored by most in the medical community when I was at my worst, and I have learned that most in the medical community are a bunch of self-serving ignorant know-nothings. For an example, I had elevated C-Reactive protein, and one day they told me I had pericarditis, and the next day they told me I did not. What a bunch of clowns!

I know that I am bitter, and I am sorry about that. The medical community did it to me.

Did you ever see a pulmonary doc. There is a disease called Sarcoidosis. It's an inflammatory disease which can form 1 nodule or multiple ones.  The nodules are called granulomas. It can affect any organ in your body, but it affects the lungs mainly. This can cause chest pain, but don't know if it has anything to do with laying flat.  It doesn't hurt to check it out.  A CT of the lungs will verify the condition.

Sorry, woke up in a bad mood.

Would still like to know why I have chest pain while lying flat in the morning, but is relieved on assuming an upright posture or propping my head up.
