my friend has a heart condition that he wont tell me about , he has been diagnosed for over 6 years since he was 13 , he has constant severe heart pain , he always feels pain , and it affects his bowels , he told me he can die at any minute please help me

If the pain is that bad, I would have thought a 13 year old would be receiving better medial care? Surely he wouldn't be left in so much pain that he has to sleep it off ?

thankyou for taking the effort of answering the question , but my friend is well informed of his condition he just refuses to tell me anything about it , the only thing i know is that he has severe pain in his heart that is CONSTANT , that sometimes he sleeps for hours to avoid it. if you have any idea of what it might be please help me figure it out

Unless your friend is more specific about his heart condition a response on his longivity is moot. Pain may indicate a heart problem or it may not, Usually, when there is sudden death of a young indivdiual, it is death resulting from an abrupt loss of heart function (cardiac arrest). Has your friend been diagnosed heart disease due to coronay artery blockage...unlikely for someone at the age of 13!

All known heart diseases can lead to cardiac arrest and sudden cardiac death. Most of the cardiac arrests that lead to sudden death occur when the electrical impulses in the diseased heart become rapid and irregular. This irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia) causes the heart to suddenly stop beating. Some cardiac arrests are due to extreme slowing of the heart. Has your friend had an evaluation of electrical impulse integrity with an EKG test.

I would suggest your friend's analysis is based on the doctor hearing a heart murmur (that is an abnormal sound with a stethoscope) and usually of no medically concern, however, sometimes if the doctor considers a possible problem will order an echocardiogram to view the heart's structure for any anomaly.

I believe your friend may be misinformed about is health condtion and is unable to inform you the condition of any concern.
