Will tachycardia, headache and general tiredness after cocaine disappear?

So this is my story. I am male, 1,80 circa, 70 kg , 16 years old now turning to 17 in one week and Saturday at 6:00 pm I did cocaine with two friends. It was my first time and I did very little, not more than 2 cm while one of my friends did half a linea and the other one a line. I was very anxious though and had a bit of tachycardia before and also digestive anxiety symptoms (I wanted to poop)  as well as seeing colors in things (like when your tensione gets higher) but I decided I needed to chill so I relaxed. Then, when I felt calm, I did a third of a line (I was the last one doing) and after 15 minutes we didn´t feel anything, no euphoria, no increased energy, nothing, we were sober. we didn´t even got the numbing sensation, just a chemical tasting in then ose and i nthe mouth along with some headache, tacycardia and tightness. The friend who did the line had already experience with cocaine so told us it was not cocaine cause there was no feeling or anything. we were just pissed about this but it doesn´t end here. after 30 minutes I started sweating and my tachycardia icnreased, I also felt like my head was burning (literally) while my friend who took a line (the other one went like 25 minutes after doing the "cocaine") was normal, she said she didn´t feel anything bad nor good. i was worried but tryed not to think. thank god it passed and after 2 hours I was home (this was at 8). when i got home i started seeing colored stains in the middle of my vision and i also had tachycardia (I wanted to measure my pression and bpm but I don´t have a tensiometer so nothing). i looked at my eyes and they were red, not too much but it was noticeable. I just chilled, took 2 magnesium pills (1000 mg total), ate and went to sleep. next day i woke up still feeling the tachycardia, ony tachycardia but then i noticed that when i looked with my right eye to the right (i actually snorted with the right nostril) it hurted. it still hurts till now (monday) as well as my other eye (that started aching today) and today I went to school and my tachycardia (because of the stress I think) intensified as well as my headaches and I also feel at osmetimes like I am about to faint.
PD: I don´t have any heart conditions or anything (i think so).
I would like to know if this is temporary or if I have caused permanent damage to myself. i am really pissed and traumatized about drugs cause I don´t have any way to know if it is pure or not and I don´t even know what **** was in there.
PD 2: all my friends who snorted are OK. it looks like I am sensitive to chemicals.
PD 3: in a nutshell, right now my 2 eyes ache when i move them, i have a terrible headache (mainly above the eyes), I am a bit hot (like hyperpirexia or fever) and I have a very high bpm that is worrying me. :( also, my right nostril started hurting yesterday but it looks fine.
Thks, I hope everything is ok.

Well the downside to doing street drugs is of course you don't know whats in them.. This is especially true now that we have drugs like MDPV that very closely mimic cocaine in the initial stages but have a much longer half life and much lower 'safe' recreational dosage. Chemicals like these are cheaper then cocaine and actually work to make the product stronger for the user while cutting cksts for the dealer. Unfortunately they come at the expense of the safety of an unsuspecting user.

This is how we wound up with all these cases of 'lsd overdoses' (lsd used to actually be a pretty safe drug on the body) that are actually cases of people overdosing on physiologically similar designer drugs with more dangerous adverse effects.

In terms of cardiotoxicity its certainly possible you took something cardiotoxic, and while the 'street advice' of taking certain electrolytes may well work at countering some neurological effects, taking electrolytes without knowing what youre deficient in is a bad plan.. Dont do that again

That said, no i dont think youre gonna die or anything, symptoms should dissipate.

Ughh these dang disappearing comment bugs at it again.. Cardiotoxicity? Possible sure.

Primary cardiotoxicity, unlikely... Most street drugs primarily do their damage on the liver and kidney, if theres any permanent damage it wouldnt likely manifest as a heart problem even if what you took wasnt cocaine.

Speaking of which, theres a big problem right now with street drugs being laced with cheaper designer drugs, such as mdpv in the case of cocaine.

These designer drugs often mimic the effects of the drug theyre mixed with or passed off as.. However they have very different dosages and interactions on the user.

Prior to the invention of "bromo dragonfly" for example, you had basically no chance of overdosing on lsd.. Now we have a new drug that produces identical effects being passed off as the drug.. So users who are unaware of the switch are taking 10 or 20 doses.. A safe move if the drug was lsd, but a lethal mistake in the case of the designer alternative.

If the cocaine you took for example was cut with mdpv (1/4 the price and twice the strength for the dealer).. You would be painfully unaware that the dosage for mdpv is something like 5 -10 mg.. So that 50mg line you just snorted could very well cost you your life. Thankfully in this situation you dodged the bullet.

Im not gonna judge you man, in fact politically speaking im not necessarily in favor of criminalizing any drug for an adult over the age of 21.. Frankly alcohol is just as dangerous statistically as pretty much anything on the street, and its a fact thats been supported by nunerous studies.

That said i think at your age you're way too young to be experimenting with these things.. And i think this episode should serve as a reminder as to how real the consequences can be.

There are 30 year old hardened criminals.. Murderers even.. Who have lost their lives because someone sold then a drug that wasnt what it was advertised to be.

If that dealer has no problems selling such a product to that 30 year old killer i promise you he wont feel any more hesitant about pushing that product on some teenagers.

Finally dont be shy to seek medical care.. Having worked with pediatrics i can say with 100% confidence that doctors will withold information from parents if thats whats necessary to ensure a patient gets appropriate care. Very few parents actually escalate this any further (on a legal level), once the rationale is explained.

If doctors were quick to immediately report every health concern to parents we'd have a whole country full of teenagers with untreated stds.. Girls trying to self terminate pregnancies, unreported abuse, and yes untreated emergencies related to controlled substances.

As such we try to promote a culture of confidentiality even when the patient is underage, despite the potential legal implications of doing so.
