Thanks for your response. I wish you well going forward. Take care.
Thank you for the reply, i guess both conditions are not very serious, add to this that my RBBB case is not a complete one.
But your answer really opened my eyes that maybe I should consult another doctor or two for more opinions, as mine said that I dont need any further tests.
Q: "I need to know if having them BOTH requires any further investigations or considerations ?!!"
>>>>Concomitant condition with MVP and incomplete RBBB can be more serious than having one or the other. If MVP is serious such as to reduce the cardiac output, the cardiac output is reduced, the heart will over compensate with an enlarged heart. An enlarged heart can effect the electrical pathways and that with RBBB can cause ventrical tachycardia.
"People who have a heart attack and develop a bundle branch block have a higher chance of complications and death than do people who have heart attacks and don't develop a bundle branch block. In addition, because bundle branch block affects the electrical activity of your heart, it can sometimes complicate the accurate diagnosis of other heart conditions, especially heart attacks, and lead to delays in proper management of those problems".
Hope this helps, and if you have any further questions, you are welcome to respond. Thanks for your question. Take care.
