Please can someone give me some advice

I am a 29 year old female, who for the last 4 months been having unfortablness in my center chest which radiates into my back, I suffer from dizziness and haziness over my eys, also tiredness and pins and needles in my arms both and neck pain... The pains in my chest (discomfort) are not strong I get the feeling sometimes I cant catch my breath... I have been in A & E recently were they found an infection not sure were and they gave me anti biotics which helped alot but only got rid of the pains in my jaw and yuck feeling i had had for couple days.. Had a cardiologist app so advised me to keep it, he has sent me for an ecg with pads which came out normal and a running test that was normal so I believe, he was very vague didnt talk to me another story though, I am awaiting an Echo cardiogram which is a scan.. People have suggested Anxiety but I dont feel anxious just want it to stop or know what it is. I find it gets worse when I am really tired.

If anyone has any idea please could you post a comment. Thankyou for reading this.

I would find out what the infection was because maybe the antibiotics haven't removed it all. Antibiotics are not the magic medication they used to be and many infections seem to becoming intolerant to them. Many people have to have a second course or stronger medication (bullets) to finally remove an infection.
