QT interval - ECG question

Hi all,

I'm just wondering when counting the QT interval in ecg, do I have to pick a specific lead? Or any lead would work fine. As far as I understand, all leads should be equal in distance, am I right?

Also, do I have to take the computerised QT for granted? Or do I have to check it manually?

The QT interval needs to be measured in all leads. Doctors do prefer to measure in certain leads, (V4-5, and II, I think) but to be certain all leads need to be measured.
In my ECG the QT interval varies over a 100ms between the different leads. The number at the top is almost never correct. QTs should always be measusred manually. Doctors use calipers that pin point the start and end of the cycle and then this number is formulated against the heart rate. There are online QT calculators that can be helpful but are not used by doctors.
