Real heart attack or false positive? Scared

For the past year (2013), i've been feeling dizzy/lightheaded with mild chest pains accompanied with burping. I have been to the doctor multiple times(i think 20..no joke)  and have done multiple heart tests (echo, ecg, stress test) and all have come back normal. These episodes scared me so I decided to do something about my diet.I'm 5'1 I started out at 155 and now that I've lost 15 lbs the last few months by working out and dieting, I'm currently at 140 lbs. My weight is mostly subcutaneous (thighs/butt) so I dont really look that big, however I'd like to lose another 20 lbs.

Now as of this year (2014), again, i'm getting acid reflux/chest pains again with lightheadedness.

I went for a ECG 3 weeks ago and yesterday the doctor called me in YESTERDAY saying that I had a heart attack but it could be a false positive because sometimes the techs screw up the leads and she says it doesnt make sense since i exercise, have low bp, cholesterol, sugar, working out and eating healthy. Why would she call me 3 weeks later? Obviously she wasn't too concerned right? She wanted me to go do a follow up ECG at the local clinic. When I left her doctors office yesterday it was around 5pm, and the ECG clinic was closed so I went straight to the hospital. Freaking out, I told them I am having chest pains. They did a ECG/Chest X ray..no blood work for some odd reason. ER doctor says my ecg and chest xray came back normal and i may have a muscle strain. however i'm still not satisified with the answer because of the first ECG.
So I just did another ECG this morning and the tech took 3 miniutes at the machine..she looked concerned too. I'm freaked out. Did I have a heart attack? What's going on?! Trying to reach my doctor but she's not answering the phone. Need the results asap so I can worry less.

My Stats: 30 year old female, not a smoker/drinker, dad had heart attack at 51 and is 69 now. 15 lbs overweight, stressing out about applying to Graduate school after career change.

Thank you for your help!

thank you for the confirmation. I've had the same problem as well as heart problems and have learned to distinguish the two now.

Thanks Ed! I am so happy you responded. I have read some of your posts on here for the last hour and you are so knowledgeable. I agree, it sounds like anxiety mixed with acid reflux. Just that first ECG freaked me out - false positives happen right? I need to relax. I tried going up and down the stairs on purpose a couple of times and I have no chest pain. It usually occurs with rest and is relieved by burping.

The burping may be a clue, especially with anxiety. It sounds like it could be a  esophagus can give some pretty odd symptoms if it's inflamed. I remember I went to the hospital last year thinking I was having a heart attack (which I've had a few of). The thing which was different that time was the burping which seemed to give temporary relief. When swollen, the esphagus can touch the vagus nerve which runs to many organs, including the heart. I truly believed that a swollen esphagus would feel like heartburn but it really felt nothing like it. It felt like chest pains. I also had dizziness with the problem. Try taking some over the counter antiacid medication for a while and using an extra pillow. Acid leaking up from the stomach will make things worse. If it was due to heart disease then it would occur when you are exerting yourself (unless a heart attack). If you can exercise and if you can pass a stress test, then I can't see heart disease being an issue.
