Hi Dear Chester , I did receive today some further reports from my father (Echo & USG) , i will be thankful to you if you give your good opinion in this regard ( I did upload them (6 files) in my Photos section ,
Thanks & best regards
Dear Chester , Thanks for explaining in simple words , it helped a lot understanding this term , palpitation. Will discuss with dad and ask him to send me the echo, and other blood reports and will guide him to mbe in touch with cardiologist for any further symptoms for palpitation .
Rgds
Palpitations are usually just PVC's or PAC's.. and in your dad's case they are the PVC's and probably the ones that come every 3 beats. Hard to say what's causing them if all other tests have been normal on his heart. We ALL get palpitations (PVC's and/or PAC's) but some of us are much more aware of them and bothered by it. I'm not sure how your dad would feel when he has the pauses but they certainly aren't long (since they were deemed "insignificant"). Palpitations in themselves are generally harmless and are only treated if they become symptomatic (happening so frequently your dad may be dizzy, short of breath or pass out) or are caused by non-benign reasons. I hope this makes helps.
Chester , what about about the Diaganosed/Indications they mentioned as "palpitations" , what does it mean ? is it serious matter? , and what to do about this ? is it the same matter about which the cardiologist mentioned as " insignificant"

Your dad's holter report looks essentially normal. He does show some trigeminal PVC's (basically every third heartbeat is a PVC, or a premature beat originating in the ventricle). But these seem to be isolated and mostly he is in a sinus rhythm (yay!). His bloodwork also looked normal except for his glucose but he's a known diabetic I think you mentioned.
It did mention he had some pauses (when the heart doesn't beat when it shoud) but the cardiologist labelled it as "insignificant."
Hopefully your dad is feeling better now!
Dear Chester
Sorry the immages/Reports were not attached , but u may find in my albums , kindly check & confirm

Thanks dear ed for your nice response
Hi, Dear Chester
Thanks for your detailed response , at last i got all the required reports from my father , he is not in hospital , only went for couple of times to hospital for routine checkup , as he had some problem while exercising , as it seems that hios pulse stops lf pulse breaks for a moment , otherwise he is ok other than Blood Sugar Level 7.1 & Albumin(High) ,
I found from reports that it was the Holter attached for heart values to be recorded , reports (Labs & Holter reports are attached for your reference ,kindly guide if there is any remarkable change.

With regards to phones in hospitals, perhaps your rules are similar to the UK. You are allowed to use mobile phones in all wards, except those dealing with cardiac issues in case they upset the monitoring equipment.
is he in the hospital right now? if he has an external pacemaker attached, it means it is wired into one of his veins that goes to his heart and the pacemaker portion is sitting outside. I don't know if modern cell phones can actually interfere with anything, but I suppose it's best to be safe. If someone needs an external pacemaker for more than 2 days they should insert one under his skin, like a normal pacemaker.
I wouldn't worry too much. If he does indeed have an external pacemaker on right now, he is more than likely under close watch by a nurse. If you get more info about it, please post!
Thanks dear for your message , today was my father's appointmenwith cardiologist in Kuwait(Gulf) , he did visited , and i called just now on his cell , but my uncle attended the cell and he informed that he is prohibited of the cell phone for 2 days as some machine (i think its pacemaker) is attached to his heart/body for irregular heart beat , after 2 days it will be detached.By hearing this i am further worried about his health. What do u think what would be ?

I would attribute the weakness and sweating entirely to his hypoglycemia and would suggest he follow his blood sugar very carefully and see if that doesn't help his symptoms.
in terms of the xray, I'm not sure what the layer/scaling is referring to?? calcified plaque perhaps? If the doc didn't send him to emerg after viewing that xray I wouldn't worry TOO much about it and wait for followup results. He is chest pain free, that's great!
