DROWZZY

I am 35 year old female.
my condition started 5 month back after i had my 2nd delivery. it was normal vaginal delivery with epidural anesthesia( it was difficult insertion of epidural catheter 2 times failed and inserted in 3rd time with difficulty) 5 days after delivery i developed symptomatic bradycardia heart rate was 35-42/ min, generalized edema, palpitation ,dizziness, blurring and chest tightness with cough and since of fatigue.
at that time investigation done show :
Blood :  complete blood count "normal", liver function,  kidney function, CRP, ESR,thyroid function , immunoglobulins, bichemestry" Ca, Mg, K"  all were  normal.

D Dimer was high 5000 but came normal after about one month 200
I was slowly improving my heart rate became 60 and symptoms decrease but since one month i started to have sever drowsiness, heavy head like bag of water, some times i feel fullness of the ears, some times in the left ear and others right ear and some times with tinnitus.
I feel fatigue i can not carry my self like walking in sand or water or walking against gravity.
if drowsiness increase i feel tight chest, burning in suprasternal area and like burning in trachea, i can take my breath but i feel it is heavy ,my head  is heavy and i may feel numbness in occipital area like no blood is reaching my brain.
i can not withstand noise , and my eyes movement if i look around increase drowsiness and i feel i move my eyes with difficulty and its painful.
i repeat holter  which show sinus Brad ycardia '45" minimum heart rate most of the time with max heart rate 120, stress ECG and Echo all within normal, blood pressure 105/ 65 average lowest was 92/50
