Treatment of heart and decreased left ventricular ejection fraction?

My dad had a heart attack 12 years back, Now when we did echocardiogram as he was having a problem with breathing and calf muscle pain . His left ventricular ejection fraction is 30 % to 35 % . Medication prescribed by the doctor is Dytor 5mg,Amlogard 5mg, Afogatran 110mg,and Roseday 10mg.He is been doing some exercise . Will this medication and exercise increases his LVEF ? Please help
