Worried about my Nuclear Stress Scan results

I have seen a 2nd Cardiologist due to chest pains.  My 1st Cardiologist I have seen for the past 10 Yrs and I have had blood work done and an Angiogram 10 yrs ago and everything had shown clear then.  That Cardiologist prescribed Anxitey meds and I have been on them since. My reason to seek for a second opinion was that this Cardiologist was leaning too much toward Anxiety with the chest pains.  And since she found an abnormality that I was born with in my 1st Angiogram I am not about to take any chances.   I have just recently started with more chest pains symptoms, shooting pain down my left arm, feelings of muscle pain all over my body especially my chest and arms.  So this new Cardiologist ordered lots of bloodwork that included testing me for Arthritis, Lupus etc..... Also he ordered an Echocardiogram, Nuclear Stress test of my Heart.  I just got my results today and it was very upsetting to me.....my results were Abnormal and possible blockage.  So I go in this Friday to get the Angiogram and I am praying that everything looks.. ok??

Results on my Angiogram due to abnormal results on Nuclear Stress Scan were  False Abnormal Results!!  I am so Happy!  My Ateries are clear no blockage. He has changed my heartburn meds from Prilosec 40mg to Protonix 40 mg and from the moment I have taken the new med I no longer feel the awful chest spasms!  With my second opinion my new Cardiologist wants to see the old Angiogram from 10 yrs ago and he would like to compare the 2 Fistulas in my heart that were found then to now.  He is wanting to make sure there have not been any changes in the Fistulas.  These type of Fistulas are very rare they are very hair fine thin and coil like and they both are attached to each one of my main arteries leading to my heart. He is also mentioned that he cannot believe that my 1st Cardiologist was very passive about this abnormality he told me these need to be evaluated very closely for any changes.  So remember anyone out there that is not comfortable with what their current Cardiologist has decided on a treatment then it is time to move on and seek a second opinion.
