The EKG output indicates there may be some Injury to the myocardial heart cells results when the ischemic process is more severe. For a technical response subendocardial injury on a surface EKG is manifested by ST segment depression, and subepicardial or transmural injury is manifested as ST segment elevation. In patients with coronary artery disease, ischemia, injury and myocardial infarction of different areas frequently coexist, producing mixed and complex ECG patterns. Before there can be any conclusive diagnosis requires further testing.  Have you had chest pains, prior heart attack, other tests, etc.?  Then the doctor will anaylze the information with your health history, symptoms, etc.

From the information provide, there appears a probablility of an abnormal blood flow to anterolateral portion of the heart.

Hope this provides some insight.  Thanks for the question and if you have any further questions or comments you are welcome to respond.  Take care,

Ken
